The Valley East Boxing club is located upstairs in the, Confederation Arena, (Now known as the Raymond Plourde Centre.)
The address is, 1919 Helene St. in, Val Caron, Ontario.
The days that the gym is open are, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
The hours of operation are 6:30 to 8:00 on each of the days listed above.
The price is always a concern and we feel that we keep it very reasonable.
If you were to come out for your first night it would cost you NOTHING!!
That’s right you read it right ...NO CHARGE, for your first night!! Who says nothing’s free these days?
If you have a good time and come back a second day, (We are sure you will,) the cost is only, $3.00.
That’s it, 3 bucks to come out and work hard and have a good time!!
Now if you find that you are really loving the workout and you come every day that we are open then you would be better off to buy our monthly membership deal.
The, Monthly Membership Deal, is, $25.00/month.
This deal saves you, $23.00.
If you came every night at, $3.00 a night it would be, $ 48.00/month.
Now that’s a deal!!
We welcome ages 10 and up to participate in the workouts.
Children who are under 11 years old will not be able to compete but are still welcome to come and work out!! In fact the boxers who start as young as 10-11 years old are usually the ones who become the best!! We encourage you to come out and be part of the club. You will still benefit from the workout and you can get involved in the activities that take place.
